LT Israel Arn Magneson, born November 21, 1976 in Berlin Germany, passed away on December 7, 2016, in Stuttgart, Germany. He grew up in Bremerton and was active in cross country, wrestling and track, earning 12 letters in his high school career. He was also student body president. Israel found great satisfaction working in the Special Operations Group of the Navy both in Hawaii and elsewhere. Much of his employment over the past few years has been of a classified nature.
