Winsper, John W. III, SSG

SSG John W. Winsper III, 27, was an Alexandria, LA. native and graduate of Central Kitsap High School. He was a proud member of the Louisiana National Guard and veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He died Dec. 12, 2013 of natural causes in his residence. More about SSG John W.
